If I close a big deal in December instead of January, what changes?
Given you are 103% of plan YTD, this deal will pay $18k because you are in accelerators. Your plan resets back to the base rate in January, so the same deal only pays $10k. That's an $8k difference for one deal. Same deal, very different payout.

Is my plan data private?
Yes. Your plan is stored encrypted and never shared with your employer or other reps. Uncapit is a tool for you, not for your manager, not for HR, not for your CRO. We charge reps directly because we work for reps directly. Your data stays yours.
Will my company know I'm using this?
No. We never contact your employer and never expose who you are in benchmarks. Aggregate data is anonymized so individuals can't be identified.
Am I allowed to upload my plan?
Uncapit is built to help you understand your own pay. U.S. federal labor law protects most non-supervisory employees' right to discuss their own compensation, including with people outside their company, and many states, like California, make employer rules that try to keep you quiet about your own pay unenforceable. Your plan also stays private to your account and is never shared with your employer. That said, you know your situation best: if your employment or confidentiality agreement has terms you're unsure about, it's worth a look, and we can't give legal advice. When you upload, you're confirming you have the right to share it.
How does the plan parsing work?
Our AI reads your plan PDF and extracts every measure, rate, accelerator, gate, and cap into a structured model. Anything it's unsure about is flagged as low-confidence so you can check it.
What if my plan changes mid-year?
Upload the new version and we re-extract it. Your earlier extractions stay in history so you can compare what changed.
Do you connect to my CRM or company systems?
No. Uncapit doesn't connect to your CRM or any of your employer's systems, and we never collect information about the companies you sell to. You model your own deals in the calculator to see how each one moves your earnings — and that stays yours.
